Recreation Basketball Clinic – 2nd through 8th Grade (November 1st)
Are you ready for basketball season? 
Clinics are a great way to introduce your child to basketball and prepare them for the season ahead!
When: Saturday, November 1, 2025
Who: Grades 2-8
Cost: Free for Rochester residents; $10 for nonresidents
Registration is required. Visit RochesterRec.RecDesk.gov or the Rec Office to register.
Details: Station-based skill development led by Lorne Lucas and Spaulding Freshman, JV & Varsity players (volunteers). Ice Cream Social between sessions.
Schedule:
o Session A: 8:00–9:15 | Grades: 2nd & 3rd* (Ice Cream Social: 9:15–10:00)
o Session B: 10:00–11:30 | Grades: 3rd* & 4th (Ice Cream Social: 11:30–12:15)
o Session C: 12:30–2:00 | Grades: 5th & 6th (Ice Cream Social for Sessions C & D: 2:00–2:45)
o Session D: 3:00–4:30 | Grades: 7th & 8th (Ice Cream Social at 2 pm with Session C)
*3rd graders will be placed by experience level to keep groups balanced and appropriately challenging.

Registration for the Youth Basketball program will open November 1st at 7am. The office will be open for registrations during the clinic.
